Florasulam comes from he family of triazolopyrimidine sulfonanilide-based herbicides. It is absorbed by the foliage or roots of plants. It is a systemic herbicide, meaning it disrupts the internal growth processes of established weeds resulting in plant death 2 to 8 weeks following application.
