One size does not fit all: Challenging some dogmas and taboos in drug discovery

This brief review by Chai (Singapore) and Mátyus (Hungary) is an interesting summary of some things that apparently are written in stone for the people involved in drug discovery. We found this review useful as summary of the current state of the field and some of us will read it as an amusing list of topics that remain unchallenged, sometimes by unknown reasons. As one of our clients told us lately, “in the end, no matter what most of us know or think about the SAR, you have to try it.” So try it.
