Can you guarantee the success of my project?

No. We don’t make promises we can’t keep. But your chances are high. Our success rate last year was 94%. And we’re doing everything we can to get that closer to 100%.

How many projects have you completed?

We have completed more than 500 projects in the last 6 years.

What is your longest route?

Our longest linear route was 14 steps. We have worked on convergent synthesis with a higher number of steps.

What quantities of product can you deliver?

We have experience in delivering products of every quantity. These are our figures for products delivered last year:

• Below 100 mg: 618
• Between 100 mg and 1 g: 56
• Between 1 g and 10 g: 24
• Between 10 g and 100 g: 25
• Above 100 g: 5

Are you willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or confidential disclosure agreement (CDA) for research projects?

We are happy to sign CDAs or NDAs. We always work under the assumption the IP belongs to the client in any research products.

What about for custom synthesis?

We treat any project, including custom synthesis requests, as confidential even if a CDA has not been signed.
