 What's in a Name?
In the last months some of our clients have expressed their interest (though maybe concern would be more appropriate) about where the names of the projects come from. Those readers who are already our clients know that every project we start is identified, unless the client provides one, by a code name.

Review of the month : Two for one
This month we had many options for this section. Finally we could not made up our mind and we have chosen not one, but two reviews covering one of the most important tools in combinatorial chemistry, the Hugi reaction, and a review about a widespread heterocyclic ring, imidazolines. The review by El Kaim and Grimaud (Tetrahedron 2009, 65, 2153–2171) covers not exactly the Hugi reaction, but focus on less conventional and sometimes more interesting interactions between the isocyanides and iminium species. The review by Crouch (Tetrahedron 2009, 65, 2387–2397) covers the synthesis of imidazolines, which have attracted considerable attention in recent years in the development of compounds with pharmacologically useful properties.

 Our services : Contract Research
We are involved in several Drug Discovery projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, working with them side by side in order to prepare new compounds for the screening cascade. We contribute with innovation, productivity, communication and flexibility: the aim is prepare the maximum number of different compounds in the least possible time. If you have needs of a reliable, cost-effective and high quality contract research service contact with us.
